Before you checkout, please purchase a Delivery Ticket below that has been arranged in alphabetical order.
If you cannot locate your delivery location (within Auckland) in our list, please contact us as soon as possible.

SAME-DAY DELIVERY
Order before 9AM for same-day balloon delivery. However, this is no guarantee, especially because your order may not be seen in our system right away when placed during the early hours of the morning. It is best that you prompt us with an email or give us a call to get confirmation that your order will be delivered on the same day.

Orders placed after 9am will be delivered the next working day or your future desired date.

DELIVERY TIME
We aim to have all business deliveries achieved within business hours. We cannot guarantee a specific time unless you have booked for VIP DELIVERY.

VIP DELIVERY
Need your delivery to arrive on a specific time? Please contact us through phone or email to find out our availability.

PICK UP
Prefer to pick up? No ticket purchase required if you'd like to arrange a time to pick up your order yourself at our Home Office- this will require you to contact us through phone or email before you order!

Why do I need to buy a ‘Delivery Ticket’?
Unfortunately the typical shipping processes don’t work for us- from past experience, it’s caused more frustrations for our customers and for us when relying on the limitations of the shipping system at the end of the checkout process. So simply purchasing a Delivery Ticket makes it all the more easier for us to retrieve all critical details to ensure a smooth delivery, it’s a win-win for our customers and us!
