Creative Balloons is owned and operated by balloon designer, Cindy David. She officially launched her business in 2006 as an event decorator for weddings and other special events. In 2010, Cindy opened an online balloon delivery service which has proven to be equally successful as it consistently gains loyal clients all around the world.
Apart from her 15 years of experience creating balloon decorations, Cindy is a highly trained balloon artist. Her early mentors include award winning artists Christopher Horne of UK and the late Linda Bruce of USA.
Cindy continues to grow in her craft and aims to introduce something new in her array of designs.
Creative Balloons, which Cindy now operates with her family, is a proud member of the Qualatex Balloon Network, an international organisation that supports Certified Balloon Artists.
With focus on using only the highest quality of materials and providing the best customer service, Creative Balloons aims to deliver an amazing arrangement of balloons that ‘brings out the child in every one’s heart.’
